Do you have bread or rolls that have gotten hard? No need to throw them away. You can warm and soften your bread and rolls by steaming them. I rarely finish all of my hamburger and hot dog rolls before they start to get hard. They are not ready for the garbage so I hate to throw them away. I just want them soft like the day I bought them.

I have a set of stainless steel pots and pans that came with a pot and steamer insert. I place th…e rolls in the insert over a pot of boiling water and cover them. As the water boils it softens the bread rather quickly. For those of you who are familiar with White Castle and love their soft rolls, this gives the bread the same results.
