My son Gabriel was back in the kitchen and this time he whipped up a delicious jumbo lump crab meat cream sauce with scallops. We decided to do something different with our seafood so we cooked ravioli and made a cream sauce with crab meat to go over them. I had some fresh scallops so we added them to the sauce to make it a seafood delight.
I went to our local ravioli store where they make the ravioli fresh. My intention was to get lobster ravioli. Once I saw the pretty pink eggplant ravioli I couldn’t pass it up. I figured it would add to the visual appeal of the dish.
As usual everything was delicious and once again he nailed the cream sauce. I can’t wait to see what he whips up for the holidays.
