The holidays are approaching so you know what that means….I will be in the kitchen with Courtney and Gabe cooking up a storm. Here’s a look at some of my favorites.
Of course I cannot let Thanksgiving go by without Apple and Sweet Potato pie! I always have corn pudding and mac’n’cheese on the table. And what’s Thanksgiving without turkey and cornbread stuffing??? The turkey is covered in a rub inside, outside and under the skin the night before. The stuffing is made from homemade cornbread with chicken thighs shredded and mixed in. You can see the stuffing busting out of the turkey as it is cooking. Mmm mmmm good!
There is never a shortage of dessert if I am around. The only picture missing is my cheesecake.
