Homemade Pineapple Upside-Down Pancakes

If you are tired of having the same old thing for breakfast, why not add a new twist to your pancakes? Turn ordinary pancakes upside-down to make a spectacular treat your family will love.

This week I enlisted the help of my son Gabriel with making pan-sized Pineapple Upside-down pancakes. I used regular boxed pancake mix. I cooked my pancakes in butter for better flavor. I added the pineapples and cherries to the pan with the butter and a dash of brown sugar and let them cook for a few minutes on low. You can turn the pineapples over once or twice before pouring in the pancake batter. Pour the batter right on top of the pineapples and let cook as normal. I also made pancakes without adding the cherries to the pan and I added them on top of the pancakes after I removed the pancakes from the pan. I can added pictures of both methods. We tried various presentations to give you a few ideas of how you can dress them up. The display is absolutely beautiful! Make them for family or guests; make them on a holiday or any day to make your morning extraordinary. Your family will love you for it.

I give this 5 stars!!!. These pancakes were DELICIOUS!!! We both enjoyed these better than any pancakes we have ever eaten at restaurants.
