Corned beef and cabbage is a traditional meal for St. Patrick’s Day. I happened to come across a restaurant that was serving corned beef and cabbage pizza in honor of the holiday. It was amazingly delicious.  It’ not something most people would ever think of but I am so glad I tried it. I will be looking for it again next year.
