Kiss My Cake is a quaint little dessert shoppe located in the center of Huntington Village. It is easy to miss even though it sits in the middle of the main shopping district. But trust me, if you love sweets like I do, you don’t want to miss it.
The dessert shoppe offers more than just cupcakes but I go just for those. What makes them so special? Each cupcake is stuffed with ganache or another special filling. How can you pass up dark chocolate ganache? These cupcakes are simply delectable! I like to put them in the fridge to chill for a while so the buttercream becomes firm. When you take one out and bite into it, the delicious smooth buttercream just melts in your mouth. I can’t resist.
The Triple Chocolate was my favorite until I discovered the Salted Caramel. The Salted Caramel is divine! It has just the right amount of salt to compliment the chocolate. That is now the one I reach for first. The best thing yet is each time I go they have something new so I never know what I am going to be amazed with next.
Kiss My Cake used to be a once in a while special treat for me. Now, I find myself there on a regular basis. It’s bad for my diet but good for my soul.
