Tonight I thought I would do something a little different and share food I cooked myself. I don’t always eat out although it may appear as though I do. I actually make home cooked meals too.
This is an easy way to whip up macaroni and cheese in a short amount of time. I tried this a couple of weeks ago when I didn’t have a lot of time one Sunday evening.
For those Moms who want to make something quick and also want to keep the kids busy, this is an excellent idea. The cupcake tin makes it fun for them to participate. It also serves as a good introduction to cooking for your little ones.
For those who are entertaining, this makes a nice presentation as well as provides convenience for serving.
I was surprised at how fast and easy this was. I followed the same recipe I use when baking a half pan of mac-n-cheese and just put it in the cupcake tin. I used a combination of 3 yellow and white cheeses. It was ready in no time flat. Super easy. This cut the cooking time down drastically.
I will do this from now on when I am only cooking for one or two people.
I love this idea! Less time, less cleanup!
